Guardian estates vary in size from six to 86 units, with property types including flats, bungalows and houses with one to three bedrooms. Every Guardian estate is unique, and is managed with this individuality in mind.

Owner-occupiers pay an annual services charge for Guardian's management service. Many estates will have a manager living on-site, providing residents with a prompt and accessible service.

While most Guardian residents own their properties outright, a small number of properties are available on a 'part-buy' or 'part-buy, part-rent' basis.
