Leasehold
Retirement Housing has become a highly specialised area. Older
Owners insist upon high standards and expect responsive cost
efficient services at all times. For some Housing Associations
and other organisations managing small or dispersed portfolios
of retirement housing for sale continued management (particularly
through generic services alongside rented stock), may be inappropriate.
When costs are carefully examined, retirement management services
may not be financially viable and at the same time create
a distraction from corporate objectives.
We
have considerable experience of stock and TUPE transfers and
can help you through the process of a transfer.
