As
well as the benefits of owning a modern and well-maintained
property, Guardian residents can also make use of a
range of communal facilities.
These
can vary from estate to estate but may include landscaped
gardens, a communal lounge, guest suite, conservatory or other
facilities.
Most
Guardian properties are bought outright. A small number
of properties are available on a 'part-buy'
or 'part-buy, part-rent'
basis, on estates where this option is available, and purchasers
fulfil the eligibility criteria.
Residents
only other ongoing cost apart from the usual utility costs
(gas, electric etc) being the monthly service charge.
