In addition to each individual private property, all Guardian estates offer some shared facilities, available for te use and enjoyment of all the residents, and managed and maintained by Guardian, as part of the service agreement.

Shared facilities vary from one estate to the next. The chart below will show the range of facilities offered.

Please note that all estates offer the 24 hour Alarmcall service, in both the private and the shared areas. Every estate will have either a resident or a visiting manager to provide help and advice to residents, as well as taking care of the services provided.

Guardian estates offer some or all of the following
Alarmcall	24 hour a day monitored alarm - a feature in every property
Resident Manager	A Guardian staff member, who lives on-site, offering help and advice
Visiting Manager	A Guardian staff member, who visits regularly, offering help and advice
Guest Suite	Serviced accommodation for friends and relatives who come to visit
Conservatory	Maintained conservatory shared by all estate residents
Landscaped Gardens	Maintained gardens for all estate residents to enjoy
Communal Lounge	Maintained lounge providing a venue for social activities and events
Lifts	Where appropriate in shared buildings of two or more floors
Parking Space	Safe, off-road, individually allocated parking spaces
Garages	Secure garage space for residents' vehicles
Laundry Room	Shared laundry - saving space in residents' kitchens
